You have experience in sales, particularly in the banking or payments sector, and you understand the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). You are skilled at building rapport with clients and can effectively communicate product benefits to help them thrive. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are motivated by achieving targets. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other departments to stay informed about upcoming product launches and can pitch these effectively to members. You are adaptable and willing to test new approaches to improve sales strategies.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within the fintech industry is a plus. Familiarity with banking products and services will help you connect better with our members. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies will be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
