You are a detail-oriented and commercially focused CRM Manager with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies. With at least 5 years of experience in CRM management, you have a proven track record of driving customer growth through targeted campaigns and personalized communication. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across diverse markets and cultures. Your curiosity and explorative nature enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in CRM practices. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and are passionate about enhancing their experience with the brand.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the CRM Acquisition team at Tide, responsible for driving customer growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective CRM initiatives that resonate with SMEs across various markets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, designing and executing personalized communication strategies, and optimizing customer journeys to enhance acquisition and retention. You will also monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, using insights to refine and improve future initiatives. As a key player in the team, you will contribute to the overall growth strategy of Tide, ensuring that our CRM efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
