What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving pan-India sales and revenue growth for products such as Loans Against Shares, Loans Against Mutual Funds, ESOP Funding, and Promoter Funding. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of the market. Your role will involve deep engagement with wealth ecosystems, fostering relationships that enhance Tide's offerings.
You will work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure that all financial products are profitable and meet regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve growth targets.
