Who you are

You have a strong background in recruitment operations, ideally with experience in managing recruitment systems and processes. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in hiring and are skilled at designing and improving recruitment workflows. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive meaningful insights from recruitment data, enabling you to support the Talent Acquisition team effectively.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with various stakeholders, including recruiters and TA leaders. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex processes clearly and effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing priorities, ensuring that recruitment operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the recruitment operations systems ecosystem, ensuring that all tools and processes are optimized for efficiency. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes, enabling recruiters to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall hiring experience.

You will also play a key role in training and supporting recruiters on the use of recruitment tools and systems, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. By leveraging AI and advanced technology, you will help streamline the recruitment process, making it more efficient and effective for all stakeholders involved.
