What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Tillo, you will be responsible for orchestrating the onboarding of new customers to the Tillo platform. You will act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, ensuring that complex technical solutions are translated into real-world business results. Your role will involve managing multiple projects at once, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
You will support some of the largest corporates worldwide, helping them integrate seamlessly with our API and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients will be crucial in this role. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhancements, ensuring that Tillo continues to meet the evolving needs of its users.
