What you'll do
As a Renewals Manager at Tines, you will own and manage the complete renewals process for our customers. This includes developing and implementing best practices for renewal operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will play a critical role in driving retention and reducing churn by proactively engaging with customers and addressing their concerns. You will collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing net revenue retention. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing renewal metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve the renewal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
