You have a proven track record in managing customer renewals and driving retention strategies — your experience has equipped you with the skills to reduce churn and maximize net revenue retention effectively. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are adept at navigating complex renewal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams — your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders alike. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every aspect of the renewal process is handled seamlessly.

What you'll do

As a Renewals Manager at Tines, you will own and manage the complete renewals process for our customers — this includes developing and implementing best practices for renewal operations. You will play a critical role in driving customer retention and reducing churn by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform.

You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process — your insights will help shape our renewal strategies and improve customer experiences.
