Tombras is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships and drive strategic initiatives. Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the advertising industry, with at least 5 years of experience leading client relationships and driving strategic initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams is paramount, as you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. You understand the nuances of the advertising landscape and can navigate complex client needs with ease.

Desirable

Experience working with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools will enhance your ability to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. A background in creative advertising or brand strategy will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As the Account Director at Tombras, you will lead the charge in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met through effective communication and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with creative and media teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve analyzing client performance metrics and providing insights to optimize campaigns and drive results. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to expand those relationships.

In addition, you will mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
