What you'll do

As the Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor at Tonal's Perimeter Showroom. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Tonal's products and technology, enabling you to effectively demonstrate their capabilities to clients. Your role will involve driving conversations with clients to identify their unique fitness needs and educating them on how Tonal can support their goals. You will lead a team of Sales Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will also be responsible for managing showroom operations, ensuring that the environment is welcoming and conducive to client engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales performance and achieving showroom targets. You will collaborate closely with other team members to create a cohesive and motivated sales environment, where everyone is focused on helping clients achieve their fitness aspirations.
