As the Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will lead the sales floor at Tonal's Bellevue Square Showroom, guiding Sales Specialists to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will develop a deep understanding of Tonal's innovative products and technology, enabling you to effectively demonstrate their benefits to guests. Your role will involve leading product demonstrations and calibrations, ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention tailored to their fitness goals. You will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding sales goals, utilizing your knowledge and skills to maximize performance. Collaborating with your team, you will create an engaging showroom environment that encourages guests to explore and experience Tonal's offerings.
