What you'll do

As a Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will report directly to the Westchester Showroom Leader and play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience at Tonal. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Tonal’s product offerings, technology, and brand image, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet and exceed individual and team business goals.

You will lead by example, modeling exceptional client service and guiding your team in creating memorable in-store experiences that drive sales. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training new team members, as well as planning events that engage clients and promote the Tonal brand. You will work closely with the Showroom Leader on various initiatives to ensure operational excellence and a high standard of service.
