Your experience in retail or sales supervision has equipped you with the skills to motivate your team and drive results. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to fostering a positive and engaging showroom atmosphere.
What you'll do
As a Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will report to the Northpark Showroom Leader and play a crucial role in creating an excellent client experience. You will focus on activities that meet and exceed individual and team business goals, modeling exceptional client service for your team. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and planning events that enhance the showroom experience.
Utilizing Salesforce, you will maintain client information to drive sales initiatives and ensure that your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed. You will work closely with the Showroom Leader on various initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and client engagement. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating impactful in-store experiences that resonate with customers and drive sales.
