You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams through new go-to-market strategies and product rollouts. Your hands-on leadership style emphasizes structured coaching and repeatable processes that drive consistent quota performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at aligning cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
You understand the web3 landscape and are passionate about empowering builders with the tools they need to succeed. Your experience in managing sales teams will enable you to effectively partner with leadership to grow your team and operationalize sales initiatives. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Product, RevOps, and Marketing, to execute key sales strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a rapidly growing commercial sales team, managing an initial pod of Account Executives while focusing on high-velocity execution. You will build the operating system that drives consistent quota performance and ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and market demands.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and performance within your team, ensuring that each member is supported in their professional development. You will also analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the team.
