You are ready to develop the skills necessary to manage a fast-moving pipeline and build meaningful relationships with small business owners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach to build and manage your own pipeline. You will run discovery conversations, deliver demos, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle with coaching and support. Managing a fast-moving pipeline will require strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail in our CRM. You will collaborate closely with your cohort and sales leadership to share learnings, iterate on messaging, and contribute to team culture. Representing Topline Pro with professionalism and enthusiasm, you will build trust with small business owners and work towards closing new business with confidence.
