What you'll do
In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to build and manage your own sales pipeline. You will run discovery conversations, deliver demos, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle with the support of your team. Your success will be measured by your ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail in our CRM.
You will collaborate closely with your cohort and sales leadership, sharing learnings and contributing to the team culture. You will represent Topline Pro with professionalism and enthusiasm, building trust with small business owners and helping them understand the value of our offerings. Your role will involve applying feedback from training sessions and coaching to continuously sharpen your skills and improve your sales techniques.
