Who you are
You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and hiring for General & Administrative and Go-To-Market roles. Your experience includes partnering with hiring managers across various functions such as Finance, Legal, and Sales to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates. You are skilled in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to find and engage top talent, and you have a knack for developing creative outreach strategies tailored to specific business functions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Your analytical mindset allows you to track and improve recruiting metrics, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You are passionate about representing your company's mission and culture to candidates, making sure they understand the impact they can have by joining the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for G&A and GTM teams, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical business roles, which is essential for scaling the organization effectively.
You will analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience. By representing Reflection's mission and culture, you will play a crucial role in attracting candidates who align with the company's values and goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a strong foundation for a rapidly growing AI company, making this a high-impact position.
