Overview
Reflection is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and product roles. You'll partner with leadership to build exceptional teams in the AI/ML space. This role requires 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth environments.

Who you are
You have 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specializing in AI/ML research recruiting. Your background ideally includes working in startup or high-growth environments where you've worn multiple hats and navigated the complexities of recruiting for frontier AI labs. You possess hands-on sourcing expertise and know where to find top researchers, leveraging professional networks, sourcing platforms, and technical communities to identify elite talent.
You are adept at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, nurturing long-term relationships with passive technical talent. Your experience includes partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's mission and goals. You thrive in competitive markets and are skilled at navigating offer negotiations to close top talent.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and product roles across our technical organization. You will source elite talent through various channels, including professional networks and engineering communities, and partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, nurturing relationships with passive candidates, and navigating competitive offer negotiations.
You will play a critical role in scaling our technical organization, collaborating with engineering and product leadership to build world-class teams around the models we are training. Your expertise in AI/ML recruiting will be essential as you identify and attract exceptional talent to drive our mission forward. You will also contribute to the overall recruitment strategy, ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient and effective in meeting the needs of the organization.
