Overview

Toptal is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. You'll manage a portfolio of Tier 1 accounts and collaborate with Client Partners to enhance strategic relationships. This role requires a strong client-facing background and experience in high-performance environments.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex client challenges and deliver tailored solutions. You thrive in high-performance environments, demonstrating a strong ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively and engage clients at all levels. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working alongside Client Partners to expand strategic relationships. You are authorized to work in the US and are comfortable working remotely while being in-market.

Desirable

Experience in consulting or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with flexible delivery models across technology, marketing, and management consulting. A background in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry will give you an edge in understanding client needs and challenges.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at Toptal, you will be responsible for building and managing a targeted portfolio of core Tier 1 accounts. You will partner selectively with Client Partners to expand strategic relationships and drive growth within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. Your role will involve identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Toptal's services. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and work collaboratively to develop strategies that meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Your ability to foster long-term relationships will be key to your success in this role, as you work to position Toptal as a trusted partner in the industry.
