Tracebit is seeking a Founding Customer Success Engineer to help customers achieve maximum value from their cybersecurity solutions. You'll work with leading security teams and technologies like Snyk and Docker. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer success within the cybersecurity sector.

You are a technical Customer Success Engineer excited to learn new technologies and help customers maximize their value post-sale. With experience in customer success at two or more companies in the cybersecurity field, you understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of a company that is making significant strides in cybersecurity. Your technical background allows you to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. You are adaptable and ready to take on the challenges that come with being the first Customer Success Engineer at Tracebit, helping to build the technical foundation for customer outcomes at scale.
Desirable
Experience with security tools and platforms, particularly in cloud environments, is a plus. Familiarity with canary deployment strategies and intrusion detection systems will help you excel in this role. You are also open to learning about new technologies and methodologies that can enhance customer success initiatives.
What you'll do
