You are passionate about discovering and attracting exceptional candidates, and your excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills enable you to connect with diverse talent. Your writing skills are top-notch, allowing you to craft compelling job descriptions and communications. You possess strong time management and organizational abilities, ensuring that you can handle multiple roles and candidates simultaneously. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating with candidates and stakeholders across various levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to scope roles and understand team needs, developing effective sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will manage the entire hiring process from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing a systematic, data-driven recruitment process tailored to individual role requirements. You will build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier talent for future hiring needs, strengthening the employer brand and positioning the company as a top employer in the industry.
