You have a proven track record in bid management, ideally within the DACH region, and possess strong communication skills in both German and English. Your experience includes collaborating with sales teams to create compelling proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

You understand the intricacies of the bidding process and have a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify key requirements and tailor responses accordingly. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, ensures that all aspects of the bid are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving bid processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do

As a Bid Manager DACH at TravelPerk, you will be the backbone of our DACH Sales team, managing the end-to-end bid process for various projects. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives to gather necessary information and develop tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all submissions are completed on time and to the highest standard.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of bid materials and templates, ensuring that they are up-to-date and readily accessible for future opportunities.
