Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in environments where you can navigate ambiguity and tackle complex problems end-to-end, ensuring that sales teams have the tools and processes they need to succeed. Your strategic mindset allows you to connect go-to-market strategies with day-to-day execution, making you a trusted partner to sales leadership. You are comfortable working hands-on and enjoy building scalable sales operations from the ground up.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to drive decision-making. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can translate complex data into actionable insights for sales teams. You understand the importance of creating systems and processes that empower sales representatives to sell effectively and efficiently.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at CertifID, you will work closely with the Head of RevOps to align sales strategies with operational execution. Your role will involve analyzing sales data to provide insights that drive performance improvements and ensure that sales leaders have access to reliable information. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that enhance the efficiency of the sales team, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
