You are passionate about finding the right talent to drive business growth and have a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with company values. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms that streamline the hiring process. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Talent Partner at TravelPerk, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for revenue roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. You will also be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a strong talent network.
