You are early in your career and eager to learn about talent acquisition in a high-growth fintech environment. You have a curious mindset and enjoy challenges, which makes you well-suited for the role of Talent Sourcer. You understand the importance of building diverse and inclusive candidate pools and are committed to reflecting the world we aim to protect. You are familiar with using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative tools to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but would be a great fit for our Commercial teams.
Desirable
Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with the fintech industry and an understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles will help you excel in this position. A passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reaching out with personalized messages that convey why ComplyAdvantage is an exciting place to work. You will actively hunt for talent, using various tools to find candidates who align with our company values and mission. You will partner closely with Full-Cycle Recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role you support, ensuring that you know what 'great' looks like for our teams. Keeping your finger on the pulse of the fintech world will be crucial as you gather market intelligence about who is hiring and where the best talent is located. You will also play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within our hiring processes, ensuring that our candidate pools reflect a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
