You are a skilled communicator with fluency in German and English, capable of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. You understand the travel industry and have a strong grasp of travel regulations and compliance requirements. Your ability to analyze customer needs quickly and accurately sets you apart, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions for travelers. You thrive on collaboration, working closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and remove any barriers that may hinder travel.
You have a passion for customer satisfaction and are dedicated to delivering best-in-class travel support through various channels, including chat, call, and email. Your extensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and booking systems allows you to assist travelers effectively. You are proactive in seeking feedback from users to help improve the Navan platform and app, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of travelers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist travelers with their travel needs, providing support through multiple contact channels. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel suppliers, destinations, and systems to offer accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings. Your quick and accurate analyses of customer needs will help you prioritize responses based on urgency, ensuring that you meet service level agreements.
You will support users with self-service options on the Navan platform and app, guiding them through processes and answering any questions they may have. Your role will involve following company and customer travel and expense procedures, as well as global compliance requirements, to ensure that all operations run smoothly. You will also have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to product, design, and engineering teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer-facing and internal platforms.
