Overview

TripActions is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to support their EMEA Enterprise sales team. You'll partner with Account Executives to develop strategies for new business opportunities and articulate the value of Navan's solutions. This role requires expertise in the corporate travel industry and strong communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in the corporate travel industry and are capable of influencing prospects while building strong relationships. Your experience includes supporting Account Executives in closing complex deals, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key. You possess effective communication skills and excel in internal and external collaboration, which are essential for achieving success in this role. You have a growth mindset, demonstrating a desire to learn and pivot your skill set based on business needs. Additionally, you are fluent in both English and German, which is crucial for this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Account Executive and Sales Leader to develop strategies for new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will qualify opportunities using our Lean, Pivot, Walk methodology and assist Account Executives in moving opportunities through their pipeline to close. You will support Account Executives in learning the Navan solution, demoing the platform, and providing competitive insights. Your responsibilities will include pitching Navan's value proposition to Travel Managers, framing our solution to address their pain points and value drivers. You will interface with multiple personas within target organizations, particularly those with deep travel industry experience, and articulate Navan’s products and services to help scope fit for large, complex organizations. Your efforts will contribute to growing sales for the team you support, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas. You will also run proof of concepts to expedite the sales process.
