TripActions is hiring a Sales Coordinator to drive operational and administrative efficiency for the Sales leadership team. You'll support multiple Sales VPs with scheduling, recruitment logistics, and executive-level administrative tasks in San Francisco.

You have experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role, where you've developed strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach enable you to anticipate the needs of the Sales leadership team, making you a valuable partner in achieving their targets.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact confidently with executives and team members alike. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of operational efficiency and are committed to supporting the Sales organization in reaching its goals.
What you'll do
As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the primary scheduling partner for multiple Sales VPs, managing complex calendars for candidate interviews and critical business meetings. You will facilitate all tactical items related to the recruiting process, including coordinating interview loops and generating contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of materials for performance reporting, such as building decks for QBRs and organizing All-Hands meetings.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of programs and administrative requests at the discretion of the VPs. Your focus on operational hygiene will ensure accuracy within recruiting and sales tools, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Sales organization. By providing high-impact leadership communications support, you will help drive the success of the Sales leadership team.
