What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Expense Product and Sales teams to deliver new features that align with the needs of the business. Your technical leadership will be crucial as you mentor other engineers on the team, helping them to grow their skills and confidence.

You will contribute to and drive frameworks that lead to significant user experience improvements, ensuring that the solutions you develop are not only functional but also user-friendly. Your role will involve assisting the team in understanding and adopting new technologies, fostering an environment of innovation and experimentation.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services that support the expense management platform. Collaborating with product managers and designers, you will ensure that the features you develop meet user needs and business objectives.

Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the expense management process, driving cost savings and compliance for finance leaders. You will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, influencing architectural decisions and best practices.
