Job Description

Who you are

You are a seasoned and strategic leader with a strong background in business development, particularly in the digital advertising space. You have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams that drive significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your experience includes working closely with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and understanding the intricacies of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

You possess excellent relationship management skills, allowing you to build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Your ability to evaluate market opportunities and sign new integrations is complemented by your experience in growing and managing existing partnerships that drive liquidity for publishers and revenue for exchange businesses.

What you'll do

As the VP of DSP Partnerships, you will report to the SVP of Business Development and be responsible for leading the Platform Partnerships team. Your primary focus will be on driving strategic growth and development of global DSP and marketplace relationships. You will evaluate market opportunities, sign new integrations, and manage existing partnerships to maximize revenue potential.

You will create an environment where your team can thrive, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your role will involve working closely with both the revenue and R&D organizations to ensure alignment and drive success across the business. You will also be responsible for setting strategic goals and objectives for the team, ensuring that they are met and exceeded.
