You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and CRM management. Your expertise in Salesforce administration ensures data integrity and optimal system performance, allowing you to implement best practices for deal management and pipeline progression. You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance sales productivity and revenue growth. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.

What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Manager at TripleLift, you will own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring that the system is functioning optimally and that data is accurate and up-to-date. You will implement best practices for deal management and opportunity stages, helping the sales team to navigate their pipelines effectively. Your role will involve developing and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports to track pipeline health, performance, productivity, and revenue attainment, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency. By translating complex data into clear and actionable insights, you will enable strategic decision-making that drives revenue growth. You will also be responsible for training and supporting team members in using Salesforce effectively, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
