Who you are

You have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the advertising and programmatic ecosystem — your experience includes driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships with large agency holding companies and independent agencies. You are a hunter-minded demand seller who thrives on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Your ability to track and manage your pipeline in Salesforce demonstrates your disciplined approach to sales. You are bilingual, which enhances your ability to connect with diverse clients and partners.

You understand the nuances of the digital advertising landscape and are passionate about leveraging innovative solutions to maximize client performance. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate value propositions effectively, and you are adept at building trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) environment is a plus, as is familiarity with programmatic advertising technologies. You may have a background in digital marketing or advertising sales, which complements your sales expertise. A network of contacts within the advertising industry can further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Sales Director at TripleLift, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Agency Partnerships team to deepen relationships with large agency holding companies and high-impact independent agencies. Your role will involve strategic relationship management, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support from our team. You will be expected to maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline ownership, tracking your activities and progress in Salesforce to ensure accountability and transparency.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients. Your insights into the advertising landscape will help inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that TripleLift remains competitive in the market. You will also participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections and promote TripleLift's offerings.

Success in this role means influencing investment decisions across the programmatic ecosystem, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital advertising. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to guide your sales strategies and client interactions.
