Who you are
You have a proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced growth environments. You excel at building trust with key decision-makers and have a knack for opening doors to high-potential target accounts across various industries. Your ability to articulate the unique value proposition of AI-driven strategy execution solutions is crucial to your success. You understand how to educate the market on the transformative impact of AI on strategy management and execution.
Desirable
Experience launching new products or breaking into new markets is a plus. Familiarity with strategy execution concepts and their application in business will set you apart. A background in early-stage startup environments with a record of sales success will be advantageous.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on your revenue targets by identifying and engaging high-potential target accounts. You will develop innovative outreach strategies to secure meetings with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders. Articulating our unique value proposition and educating the market on how AI transforms strategy management and execution will be key components of your role. You will build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging your existing relationships.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in strategy execution and to drive growth. Your insights will help shape how global enterprises think about strategy execution, and your contributions will directly impact WorkBoard's category leadership. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position WorkBoard's offerings.
