You have extensive experience in growth marketing, particularly in media buying strategies for TV, both Linear and Streaming. Your background includes a proven track record of optimizing marketing spend and driving performance outcomes. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze data to inform decisions and challenge the status quo in media buying. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in using tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and engineering, allows you to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. You are passionate about leveraging data to uncover insights that drive user acquisition and retention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Rocket Moneyโs TV media buying, which includes planning, budgeting, targeting, scheduling, and optimization. You will analyze performance data to identify high-potential opportunities and develop repeatable playbooks for success. Your leadership will be crucial in accelerating the companyโs growth during this hyper-growth phase, as you unlock new scales and raise the bar for performance marketing.
You will work closely with the VP of Growth to define the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment across the organization. Your role will involve continuous testing and optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI and drive user acquisition. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
