Trustly is hiring a Second Line Team Lead/Manager to optimize operational efficiency and manage daily operations for the Merchant Service team. You'll work closely with technical teams to address customer escalations and improve service quality.

What you'll do
As the Second Line Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Merchant Service team, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
