You are knowledgeable about omni-channel retailing and can implement processes that improve customer service. You have experience in managing store operations, including product flow and visual merchandising. You are detail-oriented and ensure compliance with stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards. Your ability to connect with customers and create genuine interactions sets you apart as a brand ambassador.
Desirable
Experience in the western retail industry or a similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes will help you thrive in this role.
What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will support the Store Manager in various operational aspects, including recruiting, hiring, and training team members. You will play a crucial role in developing a succession strategy to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Your leadership will foster a culture of teamwork and communication, balancing operational, visual, and customer priorities effectively.
You will cultivate an environment that prioritizes genuine customer connections, demonstrating extraordinary service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will implement omni-channel processes and utilize tools to enhance customer service.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will uphold stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards, ensuring that product placement is effective and compliant with company policies. You will maintain an organized store structure and floor plan, optimizing fixture usage to enhance the shopping experience.
