You excel at stakeholder management, acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles at Turing, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently. You will facilitate the sourcing of candidates and engage in talent planning and capacity management. Your responsibilities will include conducting talent pool assessments and collaborating closely with internal teams to streamline the recruitment process.
