What you'll do

As the People Talent Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end hiring process across the firm, focusing on campus recruiting and associate hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a high-quality and efficient hiring experience. Your role will involve continuously improving hiring practices and interview processes to attract and retain top talent. You will coordinate the internship program and manage internal hiring at all levels, ensuring that the firm meets its strategic objectives. You will also play a critical role in reinforcing the firm's cultural values through your work in talent acquisition.
