You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in customer acquisition and account management. You are fluent in French, which allows you to effectively engage with clients in Southern Europe. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving annual contract value (ACV) for a specific set of accounts. You will engage with high-value enterprise prospects, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales journey. You will also be expected to master pricing strategies and effectively communicate the value of Twilio's communication products to potential clients.
