You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a high-volume outbound environment — you've successfully identified and converted prospects into customers through various outreach methods. Your ability to engage with small and medium-sized businesses sets you apart, as you understand their unique challenges and how to address them effectively.

You thrive in competitive settings and are driven by targets — your experience in managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals has equipped you with the skills to operate with speed and precision. You are solutions-oriented and enjoy collaborating with teams to help customers achieve their business goals.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Mindbody, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by owning a high-volume outbound sales motion. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting SMB prospects through outbound calls, emails, texts, and social platforms — no warm leads. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, ensuring that you operate efficiently to hit monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with the Revenue team to understand customer needs and provide smart solutions from our suite of software products. Your strategic approach will help eliminate hurdles for customers, contributing to their growth and success. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of your sales activities and provide feedback to improve processes and strategies.
