Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing strategic accounts, particularly within the communications sector. Your experience includes driving sales cycles that are both analytical and consultative, ensuring that you can effectively upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers. You are adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in large enterprises across diverse regions.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex solutions to clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that drive value. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and thrive in a culture that values inclusion and connection.

What you'll do

As a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Twilio, you will be responsible for managing relationships with some of our largest customers in the communications platform space. Your primary focus will be on protecting and growing Twilio's business across your assigned accounts, particularly in India and Thailand. You will engage in consultative sales processes, leveraging your analytical skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our messaging, voice, and email services.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide insights that help them maximize the value of Twilio's offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to senior leadership.
