Uber is hiring an Account Executive to expand their restaurant network for Uber Eats in Berlin. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to onboarding new partners. This role requires experience in outbound sales and proficiency in German and English.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated and ambitious individual with experience in outbound sales, ideally within the restaurant industry. You possess resilience and a proactive attitude when engaging with potential partners, and you are proficient in both German and English, with additional languages being a plus. You understand the importance of building relationships and have a knack for negotiating partnerships that benefit both parties.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead cold-calling campaigns to acquire new restaurant partners for Uber Eats, executing sales strategies to expand the company's presence across Germany. You will negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure a successful start. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results. You will also analyze market trends and feedback to continuously improve strategies and operations.
