What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners. Your responsibilities will include managing 100-150 partners, focusing on strategic account growth and retention. You will proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for your partners and Uber Eats, ensuring their continued success and expansion. You will identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to mitigate them, aiming for 100% account retention. Building long-term partnerships will be essential, positioning Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts. You will develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews, ensuring that your partners are well-supported and informed.
