You have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the food delivery, SaaS, or tech industries. Your background has equipped you with strong relationship management skills, allowing you to foster deep-rooted partnerships and ensure high client satisfaction. You are adept at conducting strategic reviews and analyzing client needs to identify growth opportunities. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to resolve conflicts effectively and advise clients on optimizing their operations.
You possess a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing KPIs and market trends to provide actionable insights. Your experience in developing and executing strategic account plans has prepared you to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to launch targeted initiatives that drive revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global brands, ensuring their success and retention on the Uber Eats platform. You will conduct regular account deep-dives to assess client needs and usage patterns, taking direct ownership of performance metrics to monitor and improve key indicators. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans and executing them to achieve sales and expansion targets.
You will collaborate with various teams to launch upsell and cross-sell campaigns, leveraging your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights that enhance client performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with specialists to identify opportunities for technical growth, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to maximize their footprint on the platform.
