Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally within the retail or food industry. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are adept at navigating the customer lifecycle to ensure partner satisfaction and retention. Your ability to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks is key to your success in this role. You are proactive in collecting feedback from partners and translating it into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to maximizing the potential of both your partners and the Uber Eats platform.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 100-150 high-value restaurant partners. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with these partners to retain and expand their business, identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion initiatives. You will actively work to mitigate risks to partnerships, ensuring that partners receive the best possible experience and striving for 100% account retention. Building strong, lasting relationships with restaurant partners will be essential, positioning Uber Eats as their preferred delivery platform. You will also engage in account planning, developing long-term growth and marketing strategies through regular business reviews and data analysis.
