Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles with revenue targets, particularly in the German market. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English enable you to build strong relationships with clients. You have a proven track record in account growth and executing sales strategies, demonstrating your ability to thrive in competitive environments. Your strong data-driven decision-making skills help you identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier clients, ensuring successful launches with implementation teams. You will expand and retain your book of business by building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will enhance account lifecycle efficiency and identify new growth opportunities through insights from customer feedback and data. You will also recommend improvements to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to enhance the client experience.
