Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in full cycle B2B sales, where you've successfully managed the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to creatively prospect into Mid-Market accounts with 1,000-5,000 employees has been a key factor in your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the challenge of building new business pipelines and achieving quotas.

You are a self-starter who takes initiative to seize opportunities and adapt to the evolving needs of your customers. Your strong communication skills allow you to build strategic relationships with decision-makers, positioning Uber for Business as a valuable partner. You are comfortable using Salesforce to provide opportunity status and regularly update forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of building new business pipelines and constructing territory and account plans to achieve your quota. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion for Mid-Market customers, which includes qualification, education, pricing/quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals. Your focus will be on developing Uber for Business territory plans that grow the pipeline and break into whitespace accounts.

You will continuously assess customers’ evolving needs and align Uber for Business’s value proposition to meet those needs effectively. By regularly updating Salesforce and participating in quarterly business reviews, you will provide opportunity status and insights to your team. This hybrid role allows you to collaborate in-person at the New York City office on designated days, fostering a strong team culture while also offering flexibility.
