Uber is hiring an Account Representative to manage partnerships with local restaurants for Uber Eats. You'll lead the sales cycle and negotiate contracts to enhance the platform's offerings. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in this role. You enjoy negotiating and building relationships, acting as an ambassador for Uber Eats. You are metrics-driven, consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly quotas while managing your pipeline effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to create a great first impression and communicate the value of Uber Eats. You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
