Uber is hiring an Account Representative to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships with top local restaurants. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep knowledge of local restaurants, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Uber Eats to potential partners. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives your success in building relationships and negotiating contracts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a pipeline of prospects through cold-calling and in-person meetings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβmaking at least 50 dials per dayβand conducting in-person meetings to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, proactively maintaining communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
