Uber is hiring an Account Representative for their SMB team to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships with top local restaurants. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree. You are a natural at selling and have a passion for food and the Uber brand. You enjoy negotiating and building relationships with local restaurants, making you an ideal ambassador for Uber Eats.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a pipeline of potential restaurant partners. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats to prospective clients. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. Your goal is to create a great first impression and develop long-term relationships with restaurant owners.

You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Proactive communication with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be essential to your success.
