Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in building partnerships and managing client relationships. Your experience includes cold-calling and negotiating contracts, demonstrating your ability to drive results and meet quotas. You are a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate the value of partnerships to potential clients.

You understand the restaurant industry and have a passion for helping local businesses succeed. Your skills in prospecting and pipeline management are complemented by your ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in the Dallas area. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to establish strong relationships with restaurant owners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to create sustainable partnerships that benefit both Uber Eats and the restaurants.

You will work closely with the Account Management team to identify and build standard processes that support a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve monthly quotas and proactively build your sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship management.
